Hello everyone and Happy Thursday! Today I am going to be doing a mini review on the new Recollections brand of planner inserts. In the event that you haven’t heard, Michael’s has created and released their own line of planners! It seems that the planning community is growing even more and now they have finally jumped on the planner bandwagon. I have seen tons of pictures on Instagram of the planners, inserts and the accessories they have displayed.
Up until a couple of weeks ago, I have done a real good job at staying away from the craft stores however I wanted to see it all for myself. I went in with the intentions that I would only look around and if I did buy anything, it would definitely not be another planner. I browsed through everything and I must admit that they had a great selection of things to choose from. The colors of the planners were nice and some were very vibrant. I browsed through the multiple books of inserts and the selections of monthly/weekly insert sets.
The planners are priced at $19.99 which is awesome even without a coupon however it would be even lower if you did use one. The accessories and inserts are all priced well also. I decided to purchase two of the books of inserts: To Do and Budget. I browsed through each one separately and there are enough pages in each book that can last up to a year depending on how you would personally use them in your planner. They are priced at $4.99 each. I will post pictures below of each one so that you can see them for yourselves.

The paper quality is great and I really like the fact that the pages came out seamlessly. They fit perfectly into my personal sized planner. They really outdid themselves when they created this line of planner goodies. NOTE: The inserts are slightly wider than your typical personal sized planner insert and the planners themselves are slightly wider too.
So that wraps up this mini review. If you have been contemplating purchasing a planner whether it be your first one or your tenth (lol), I recommend the Recollection line at Michael’s. As always, I love to hear from you so let me know if you have seen the planners at your local Michael’s. Did you buy one? If so, let me know in the comments below.
