Friday Favorites: Shopping Edition

Hello everyone and TGIF! Today I am bringing you a Shopping Edition of Friday’s Favorites. I know that this is a topic that many of you beautiful ladies can relate to. If you have been reading my blog for a while, then you will know that I love to shop but not without knowing which stores have the best sales. I have relied on the app Retail Me Not for several years and it has saved me money every single time. If you have never used the app, I highly recommend that you download it and look up your favorite stores to save them to your favorites.

So here it goes! These five stores are my absolute favorite:

Aeropostale – Let me start off by stating just how sad I am that they will be closing a large amount of stores very soon. I have been shopping at this store for years. I am hoping that they do not close the one closest to me but I will definitely take advantage of the liquidation sales! They have the most adorable and reasonably priced workout clothes too!

Kohl’s – If they are having a major sale and I have a coupon for either 15-20% off from Retail Me Not, I will take full opportunity to rack up on the essentials such as tank tops, cami’s, etc… Note: I have noticed that they have discontinued the use of the extra sale coupons on many items within the store so make sure to read the fine print in your sales flyers and price signs.

Target – My holy grail is the boyfriend tee from Mossimo! Who knows which ones that I am referring to? Those tees are the softest t-shirts ever! I usually buy five of them in my favorite colors and after about 10 wears, they get even softer so at that point I use them for pajama tops and then that is my excuse to get new ones. I also purchase most of my graphic tees there too.

Under Armour Outlet – You can score major deals just by driving to your local outlet store. I mentioned in a past blog post that I purchased a ton of stuff for the cost of what two pieces of clothing would have cost at regular stores where Under Armour is sold such as Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sports Authority, etc. Note: Sports Authority has also announced that they will be closing their stores soon so make sure to stay tuned for major sales at a location near you!

Ulta – I would refer to this store as one stop shopping at its best for all things beauty, hair and skincare related. I don’t know about you, but I can easily spend an hour or more just browsing the aisles. The main things that I purchase at Ulta would be my Bare Minerals foundation, Aveeno moisturizer and whichever shampoo/conditioner that I am using at the moment. *Make sure to sign up for their rewards program and look out for coupons as they usually have one for $3 off purchases of $10 or more (some exclusions apply).

Well that wraps up this edition of Friday Favorites. As always, I love to hear from you so let me know in the comments below what your favorite stores are and why!
