Hey everyone & TGIF! I wanted to end the work week with a mini Flashback Friday. I was scrolling through some older pictures in my Shutterfly albums and I came across two in particular that I would like to share with you all today. I apologize in advance for the picture quality as they are pictures of a picture but hey whatever works right.
As I approach a major milestone birthday in just less than three months, I was reminded of just how simple things were when we were kids. The only thing we had to worry about was when was it going to be recess time, coloring, watching our favorite cartoons and playing with our toys.
Sometimes it’s good to take a moment and look at old pictures. I don’t know about you but I sometimes catch myself trying to remember exactly what I was doing, where I was and with who. Now that I am a mom, I can’t help but to look at Manny’s baby pictures often especially now more than ever since he’s growing so fast. I can’t believe he will be 15 this October. Make sure to stay tuned because I’ll be sharing some of his baby pictures in next week’s post.
For now, take a look at these gems! LOL I know that I cannot be the only one who had a life-size barbie!
I used to “love” to iron back then! Now, not so much LOL
I hope that you got a kick out of my mini childhood #FlashbackFriday. Please let me know in the comments below if you also had a life-size Barbie and/or loved to pretend doing grown up stuff. What was your favorite toy when you were a kid? Being an adult is rough! Can someone please remind me as to why we were such in a rush to grow up? Just kidding. I hope that you all have a wonderful weekend!
